100 octane low-lead aviation fuel.  Used for older piston driven aircraft.
A significant reason for the use of it is the certification process that
aircraft engines must pass would be invalidated by a fuel with different
characteristics (and for good reason).

It usually sells for around 50% more than automotive pump gas, and is
frequently used by those building automotive engines for racing purposes.
When you don't have to worry about catalyst/O2 sensor damage, TEL is
cheaper and imparts less volatility to fuel than toluene and xylene (other
common octane rating enhancers).  This is not to say it is safer for the
environment.
