i did a 'telnet www.neurotica.com 80' typed 'get' and hit enter.  got an
immediate response.  but opera and ie5 both hung on it. *shrug*

although now it's not even accepting a connection on port 80 (not refusing,
it's just going to time out) so maybe his machine took offense to your IIS
comment. :)
