[rescue] RE: Small schools.& elections

Where I live, he won the popular vote.  Phily swung the state's electoral
votes to Gore though.  I noticed that.  Big cities tended to vote Gore,
suburbs where split, and most rural areas tended to vote Bush, at least
that's what the fancy charts they displayed on TV made me think.
