Those are pretty diverse in class/application. What, exactly, are
you looking to do with it? Indy's are pretty decent all-around workstations,
however the upgrade path is limited. Also not great for modeling
(ie, not at all). O2 is good for cheap viedo I/O and a general workstation.
Stay away from R10k on the O2's though, overall perf is ~30% slower
than in Indigo2 R10000, for some odd reason. O2s use UMA, so I'd
reccommend at _least_ 256MB RAM. O2's aren't great for modeling,
either. Indigo2's are also good all-around workstations, but (at
least in the case of IMPACT series) also excellent systems for modeling.
I2's are louder, and produce a good deal more heat than the O2 or
Indy. Indigo2's can also run dual head (which you can't live without!
heh)
