No, the StarServer FTs are bigger (refrigerator size) and didn't
have floppies... at least the half-dozen I saw at Lucent the
other week didn't have 'em. They were actually OEM badged Tandem
gear, as all the spares were labeled "Tandem Field Replacement"
but in "StarServer Spare" boxes.
