No, 

He:

1.  Takes it up off the floor
2.  Dusts it off
3.  Breaks the shrinkwrap
4.  Puts the CD in the CD-ROM drive
5.  Hits stop-a
6.  Stares at the OK prompt for a minute
7.  Says "naaah."
8.  Types "go"
9.  Removes CD from drive, puts back in box, back on floor
