[SunRescue] DEC AlphaServer 2100 EISA Config Disk

I got one of these machiens out of surplus and I'm trying to find the EISA 
config disk.  I searched all over Compaq's web site, and although I found 
lots of other neat stuff, I could not find this disk.

Does anybody have it or know where I can get it?
