[rescue] SGI stock @ 53 cents

I'd like to see SGI get involved in something that could actually *excite* the
public - no one know what they make (present company excluded), and they have
moved from niche vendor to clone-wannabe. They need to take their great
technology and package it up in something the average person can use/want. Once
every animator in CA has a brand new SGI workstation on their desk, where is the
next market segment to conqure?

If SGI made a nice SCSI-based Sun Blade-class machine with *real* graphics and a
similar $1K price tag, they might get something going on... Ever better machines
for an ever smaller market segment is not a growth plan, IMHO.
