Made by Nudata (same as the OEM Black Box switches). Has 9 13W3 and keyboard/mouse jacks, 8 for inputs and one output. Completely software switched by pressing CTRL-ALT-number on the console keyboard. Great video quality (no loss that I can see). $150 shipped. -James
