That's what I was wondering too.  That is another of the reasons to have
a UPS in the first place -- so that you can physically isolate
*everything* from anything (but maybe earth ground) when dangerous
circumstances arise.<<

I thought about it some more.  It's obvious the entire purpose of this
episode was to serve as a Warning To Others.  You are very welcome.
