Bjorn is correct.  You will not see all 9GB.  The disks that I have in mine are 9.0GB,
format shows a disk size of 8.43GB.  I am running the latest firmware rev (3.12).  Another
(possibly trivial) detail that I found while confirming that is that the 10x and 20x have
4MB of NVRAM, while the 11x and the 21x have 16MB.
