"cute", "single", or "oh, <guy's name>, you're so nice.  You're my best
friend.  I wish I could meet someone like you...", or "you know, you're
like a brother to me..."

(went through years of that... but I HAVE MINE NOW, AND YOU CANT HAVE HER!)
