	VEPCO does something similar for the site on Hog Island (not
really an island). I'm not sure if they would allow pictures though. As
for going critical, the core is supposed to burn through the plant and
drop into the James River halting any reaction. Not much comfort to the
fish.

	Chesterfield Co. borders Richmond and Colonial Heights. Depending
which part of he is in you could probably take I-95 straight through
Richmond to Maryland. Its probably about 4-5 hours to DC from Chester. If
you go up 95 becareful around Ashland else you'll end up making a
``donation'' to Hanover Co.
