My karma couldn't handle that - I know because I made the mistake of
listening to someone else rather than myself.  I wasn't able to get a new
piece of equipment in my house for another 6 months at least.  If I bought
it - it would be bad.  If I got it - it would be dead.

Besides, having been to shows before, I've had people not return stuff that
was signed out.  It's a pain to get it replaced and forget about having the
insurance paying for it!

All-around a bad deal. :-(
