What model of monitor is this?

I've been looking for a suitable replacement for my slowly dying NEC 5FG
monitor (I can run SPARC & other machine, switch by a flick of a switch
at the front controls). I'd love to have a Sun, but I always thought they
only had provisions for one machine to be connected.
