My last employer had a select agreement.  MS provide all of their CDs and
it is IIRC allowable to install a product for evaluation for up to 30 days
but each month they are required to submit a spreadsheet to the
reseller through whom the select agreement was arranged detailing any new
installations during the previous month so that they can be invoiced for
the extra licenses.
