[SunRescue] OT: Cheapest source for Cisco flash?

Hi all

This is, strictly speaking, off topic, but it seems nothing is really
off-topic these days :)

I'm looking to upgrade the flash in my venerable Cisco 3102 (3000 series)
from 2M to 4 or 8 so I can run IOS 11.x from flash. What's the cheapest
place for such things? memoryx.com wants $92 for 8M and no-one seems to be
selling 3102 flash on eBay :(
