The store you are thinking of is called "The Weird Stuff Store" and it's in
Sunnyvale. There used to be one near where I live in Fremont, but it just
closed. They generally dont ship small items out, but they are very
flexible, and you can usually haggle on price with them.

I forgot, they are about $50 for in the box 2.2mbit cards at that store.
