My SS2 currently refuses to boot without the keyboard and monitor attached.
I now want to run it headless. Can someone tell me what needs prodding to
get this sorted?
Unfortunately, I don't have the weird cable I need for the serial port, but
in any case, if anything goes wrong I can just attach a keyboard and monitor
easily, as this is a home box, not stuck in the depths of a rack.
