[SunRescue] OpenBSD boot floppy DOA

Just a shot in the dark, but did you try rawriting the floppy completely
under DOS? 

With Microchannel Reference Disks, if you insert them into a windows machine
and click on "A:" they are toast. It writes some hidden stuff which renders
them unbootable. There might be some similar forces at work here.
