[rescue] rescuing IBM POWER 320H, 370H systems

Rescue friends:

I have at least three of these systems, apparently intact.  They boot to AIX 3 
or 4.  There is no echo or response to typing when I try a random IBM-label 
PS/2 keyboard.

Does anyone know how to recognize an IBM keyboard that will work with these?  
Or do I need to have a serial terminal attached to change a setting?
