Actually, my first thought was of the Cheech and Chong film, "Up in Smoke",
where they are driving down the road in some old clunker and you can't see
the driver or passenger through the windshield.
ObSun: that was *not* the magic smoke you sometimes see when plugging in
old Sun equipment...
