[SunRescue] Something special about a SUN 2x CD?

The Sun 2x CD drives my system crazy.  When set up as ID6, it will appear on
any unused ID as shown with probe-scsi.

Removing the CD enables probe-scsi to see everything correctly.

I can 'boot cdrom', but when the RedHad loader wants to actually mount the
CD, the process fails.

What is so special with this device?
