There are a few automated ways of doing this.

1) The SE Toolkit script disks.se will reverse map the
ssd## back to c?t?d? for you. The SE Toolkit can be
found at
http://www.sun.com/sun-on-net/performance/se3/.

2) There is a Perl Module Solaris::MapDev that woudl
do it
(http://search.cpan.org/doc/ABURLISON/Solaris-0.05a/MapDev/MapDev.pm).

3) I think iostat -xn will report in c?t?d? format.
