[SunRescue] tpe-link-test?

hello all, it seems sun has taken the tpe-link-test? variable out of recent 
versions of obp, however i have an e10k with 16 qfe cards in it that i am 
not ready to connect to the network. since i only have one port connected, 
every time i boot the domain i have to sit through 252 "link down, cable 
problem?" messages before i can do anything. how can i get around this? is 
there something in nvramrc i can set?
