I always hated UPS and their ability to damage anything, but FedEd hasn't been
much better for me lately.  I shipped the laptop via USPS Priority Mail.  I
don't think it was the recipient, as USPS shows that it really wasn't delivered
until today, a good 7 days after shipment.  Also, it went to a military PO,
which I hear can be a real issue at times.

If he asks for a refund, I'll honor it, but if he doesn't, I'll let him handle
the claim.  USPS requires that the person making the claim be in posession of
the damaged goods, and I really don't want to deal with a 'but it could have
been damaged in the second shipment' excuse.
