If you have little fear of wiring up your own hardware you probably have
240v running to your ac and or your dryer/electric range. You can tap
into the circut before (or if you have no choice after) the breaker in
your fuse/circut breaker box, and then run a dedicated circut to the
690. However this requires a fair bit of experience with power lines etc.
