[SunRescue] What could be wrong?

I have a SparcStation2 here. It used to work. Now when you turn it on it
starts out on a blank black screen, after sitting for a few it blinks
the monitor on and reports no kb and output will go to tty it then goes
black again. I've hooked up a serial console, I've had one on there
before so I know it worked before, but nothing comes accross. It does
the same thing without an actuall kb attached. I've tried booting and
hitting stop-n to reset things but that didn't help. The keyboard lights
don't blink on at all during "boot" (or whatever it's doing) either.

Ideas?
