If you scan it I'll put it online.  Scan it at 75dpi, rotate each
page so it's readable on screen and crop it properly.  If you save
it as gif, make sure it's in grayscale mode before you save it
(to avoid ugly color compression).  Otherwise, jpeg is fine.
