16384. I think the real "limit" right now is 8192TB, though.

Guesstimates from memory (may well be wrong!):
32-bit app running under 64-bit kernel: 4GB
32-bit app running under 32-bit sun4u: 3.95GB
32-bit app running under 32-bit sun4m: 3.75GB
Solaris 2.5 or older: 3GB
