[SunRescue] svga monitor -> sgi indy

I'm trying to connect my Iiyama svga monitor to my Indy trhough the use of a
13w3-hd15 adapter block.  However, even though I've set sync-on-green,
nothing is displayed.  I know the video works, and it generates garbage on
my Sun monitor (but the signal is there) because it isn't a SOG monitor.
The monitor reports no signal on D-Sub for some reason.

Anyone have experience with this?  I read the indytech page at
reputable.com, but found it lacking in specifics.
