I personaly think that lawyer on behalf of the marketing devision is
stupid, They don't seem to realise that this site is actualy benefiting
Sun more then anyone else because it exposes poeple to sun equipment and
gets poeple interested in their equipment so that when those poeple have a
job that needs doing for a client they will be actually promoting
purchasing sun hardware for projects that could be done on other hardware
but because of your preference poeple would purchase sun hardware on your 
say so. Now if Sun is playing this game I for one will be less then eager
to recomend their hardware to clients. I will also contact some of my
contacts and ask about this issue becuase it looks like a marketing drone
is akting on his own without thinking.
