People will tell you they can read PC disks.  I've not seen the other
68k's do it personally....

In my brief toying with a centris 610 I fould the best strategy was taking
the extern disk to some other macs. :)

As a secondary solutions, next's will format/write mac floppies natively
if you've got one of those lying around... 

(and yes, a mac with no network software is a hell of a chicken and egg
problem...  a friend was once in the unfortunate positing of wanting to
upgrade drivers on an Image without a network connection.   seems burning
AFS cd's was the option...)
