out one of the older ThinkPads. I know people have asked before
on the thinkpad list I'm on (thinkpad at cs.utk.edu, or thinkpad-request at cs.utk.edu),
and that's a good source of info.
Plus parts are easy to find (but IBM support is, uhh, ask me off list ;) ).
