Cache coherency lines aren't implemented, besides you would end up having
PCI busses tied to individual CPU's.

You could build a board that plugged IIi modules into a UPA switch, but
you would have to reimplement cache coherency ala Sequent.  Besides, the
price differential between II and IIi modules is actually not that great,
you don't gain much.
