I agree.  It's probably the most complete and simple step-by-step I've seen
on the subject.  I immediately printed it out as well as archived a copy of
it.

Well done, this is the most complete answer I've seen posted yet, and
since people keep asking how to do this, maybe it could be put on the
website?  I know Richard didn't say anything that isn't available in the
FAQ, but he said it well, and people apparently can't (won't) find it in
the FAQ.
