I don't have an IPC on hand, but on the SS1+ and SS2 it's a small 4-pin
self-contained rectangular metal oscillator in the middle of the board. 
>From memory the SS1+ divided 100MHz by 4 and the SS2 divided 80MHz by 2 to
generate the CPU clock.  I'm not sure about the SS1+ but I know that's how
the 4/300 does it.
