Ah good, somebody else to interrogate about this beastie.  We've got one
that will be in production here until July 2001, at which point it's coming
home with me.  No idea what to do with it, but it's MINE!  :)  What kind of
throughput are you talking about?  I haven't seen this one do anything
quickly.  It's got 64MB of ram, running OpenVMS 7.1.2 (or is that 7.1-2 :).
Ever since the last big software "upgrade" by the maintence guys, things at
the console seem sluggish, although the applications that run on it seem as
fast (err, slow) as ever.

What are the elegant things about the VAX architecture?  And do you happen
to have any pointers to info on QBUS, I haven't found anything good.
