  Well, the 4000/400 is getting along in years now, but isn't a bad
example.  I've got two of them here...they're capable of impressive
throughput.

  Perhaps the VAXstation 4000 model 90 (at ~32x VAX-11/780 speed, it's
about twice as fast as a 4000/400, according to literature) would be a
better example.  Having the elegant VAX architecure *and* speed...a
very nice combination!
