Hi, I finaly got my OpenBSD 2.6 CD that I've been meaning to put on this old
SparcStation 2 I got from e-bay... my problem is that I don't have a CD
drive for it and since I am not realy sure if this machine will prove useful
I haven't bought one yet. I read that I can install stuff on it from a TFTP
server, and I am sure I can find one for linux since I have a bunch of linux
systems on my lan. However I have never done anything similar, so I have
about no clue what files to put on the tftp or if thats even possible... can
someone point me in the right direction on this?

Another thing, I am thinking of making this Sparc a shell server for some
friends with no un*x environments to SSH to and play around on... is it fast
enough for this? (max maybe 5 conxions at a time to it and out of it using
something like IRC or Lynx)... for now since the refresh rate (I mean the
scrolling and printing of text on it) of the screen is pretty slowww I have
been just using it to crack the RC5 keys for distributed.net (get something
like 30Kkeys/sec... ) hehehe

Later

Stou
