Congrats Amy (on being the first to gripe.)

1) Mr. Bill needs to setup the mailing list to NOT send mail from 
mailer-daemon

2) Look at the loop that is created (kinda amoosing): Mailer-daemon 
responds each time a message is sent to the list-- list message is sent 
to that $USER who has a full box, and mailer-daemon sends again, and that 
mail gose to the list... and it snowballs. Can we say geometric 
progression, kids?
