[SunRescue] using a Sun monitor on two machines

The "square-back" 17" Sony with the convergence dials on the front (at home,
I don't have the correct designation) is multi-sync and will work with a
vga-13W3 adapter.

the GDM20E20 is a multi-sync monitor.  I don't know about any others, except
that the GDM1962B and GDM20D20 will NOT work (unless you've got a really
strange video card, or maybe a Matrox).
