A minimum set-up of Crosstalk Mark 4 will fit on a floppy, and it does 
pretty good VT220 emulation.  Some Wyse emu, too, as well as lots of 
others.  It includes all sorts of other keen features (scripting, 
multi-session, etc.) as well.  Runs under MS-DOS 3.<mumble> or later.

Modesty prevents me from telling you what a great program it is.
