I remember when a 15,000VA was needed for our Data General computers.

Nope.  Smart-UPS is true sinewave and line-interactive.  Back-UPS is 60Hz
squarewave and switched.  Back-UPS Pro is also squarewave but has more
refined switching circuitry.

I just got my latest flier from Meci (www.meci.com), they sell brand new
surplus and list (all new in box):

If they've got any left in stock then those are some great deals.  Other
