[SunRescue] Any experience with IDE to SCSI adapters???

If you're willing to go with clearence SCSI disks you can usually find a
4.5 or 9gig for right around 100$.  I expect a ide to scsi adapter would
cost a significant fraction of that, then you'd have to buy the drive on
top of that.  Any clue how well they actually work?
