Well, not exactly the size you were looking for, but the price is right.....

http://www.pcsurplusonline.com/ has 1 gig ibm's for $10.  I have several.  
They're low profile, decent fast, run cool, etc.

Watch them on the shipping, that's where they're trying to make the money.
