[SunRescue] Tech Spec Question on RAM for SS20

ram chips gradually fall away from their spec as they age. it's
possible that one or more of the DIMMS has fallen too far out of
spec to be able to handle the doubled demands that two processors
place on the memory.

i ran a quad hypersparc-100 sparc 20 for a couple of years of
demanding production use (ISP shell server, mail server, web
server, can opener, shoe polisher, etc) with 512M of ram - over
those years, a couple of the DIMMS went bad, with syslog reports of
errors from them. replacing them with new cleared up the problems.
It was little more than 'natural' aging.
