  4.0.3 (IIRC) is the *last* release of SunOS to run on the Sun2
line.  3.5 is much more stable and about twice as fast.  With 3.5 you
can do all sorts of good stuff...NFS, X, etc etc.. A little slow of
course, but perfectly functional.
