[SunRescue] Tech Spec Question on RAM for SS20

Got checking again on my SS20 w/one SM71 today. Ken Hansen put me
on the track again.

I've three DIMMs inside my machine:

        HM 5116400ATS6
SAMSUNG KM 44C4000AT-6
SEC     KM 48C2100AT-6

Am I right, that these one's are 60ns Chips? Is this OK for a
SS20?

What combination of RAM/CPU/MBUS-Speed is allowed/certified?

Still have troubles installing a second SM71 (see Message-ID:
<20000420214456.A3044 at illuminatus.mz.rhein-main.de>, in Apr '00).
Got lots of memory kernel panics.

I've recently learned that SS20 should have installed 50ns DIMMs.

Can someone please give me some advice.

Anyway: I'm looking for RAM. Some recommendations will be greatly
preferred... ;-)
