There is really nothing you can do. Unless you feel like bringing the
system into single-user, mounting the fs in question 'read-only' and
then walk through the inode table with some kind of home-grown utility
you're really SOL-- and even then if the fs has been even moderately 
active since the user rm'd the data some of the inodes from his data
have prolly already been reused.
